After a few months with no forum registrations I became suspicious if something was wrong with the forum registration system. In laymen's terms, yes, the damn captcha would never work. This didn't allow any registrations I apologize for anyone who tried to register during this time; the registration should work now.

Alright. Registration is confirmed working, and everything is in order now. Also, posting for regular members has been fixed.

To fix the problem, I've reverted the captcha back to SMF's normal captcha.  Of course, despite having nearly every antispam package available for SMF, I still for-see some stupid spambot getting through. To solve this issue, I have implemented a very simple and effective antispam system. Every new member needs his or her first post approved.

I am on this forum board fairly frequently, and so is Evilpoptart, WayoshiM, and hamsterboy9; your post should be approved quickly (definitely within 24 hours.) Once your first post is approved, you may post without approval. Of course, if you still post spam afterwards you'll be getting an immediate banhammer.
