(revamped this entire post)

Quick summary to mile long post I ended up condensing into this: Price drops of PS3 and a Wii To buy or not to buy? Looked at top 100 games list for both consoles, did my research and this is what it boiled down to. What seems like the better deal and how much enjoyment does each console and games give vs the other. You decide for me what would you choose?

*Note anything with a "?" at the end is a meh/maybe purchase. Additionally Your choosing games from my list and evaluating your vote from JUST these games. I have no interest in others UNLESS personally asked.

Ps3:
Netflix
Journey
God Of War Series? (like the genre, but haven't played any GOW)
DMC HD Series
MGS HD Edition DL's
Tales Of Graces? (not sure about the art, liked TO Vesperia better which I have for 360)
Tales Of Vesperia (yes re-purchase on Ps3 even though it is a port, issues full voice casting, longer scenes, Flynn, and Patty character being fully customizable. Tons and tons of added content)
Jak and Daxter Collection

PS1 DL:
Chrono Trigger
Legend of Mana
FF Series
Tomba!
Metal Slug Series
Dino Crisis 2 *sadly no DC1 :(*
Sypro Series
Resident Evil 1/2/3
Crash Bandicoot Series (includes CTR)

*Note Pretty much all of these are PS exclusives. I have almost all of these for PS2 or PS1 consolidate my entire collection onto PS3? HELL YES!

Kirby's Return to Dream Land
Kirby's Epic Yarn
Super Mario All Stars
Zelda Skyward Sword? (gameplay looks funky)
Zelda Twilight Princess? (already own for GC)

Virtual Console:
Zelda Series (Majoras Mask, OC Of Time ect)
Castlevania 1 (NO SIMONS QUEST FU AND YOUR CURSE! JUST NO)
Paper Mario
Golden Axe Series? (haven't played much of them)
Sonic 1/2/3?? (big not sure since its on as collection on ps3/360
Super Castlevania IV
Mega Man Series
Super Mario Kart
Vegas Stakes? (own for SuperNin and GameBoy)

Wii all my oldies and classics I can't live without! I cry when I can't play my classics ;_;

So very close list. Looking for thoughts/opinions on this subject please vote honestly.

Maybe this is just coming from me having recently acquired a ps3, but i feel that's a good way to go.  Of course, if you did pick both, you couldn't lose...

But where I'm at at this point is, if you really feel like it later on, you could always get a WiiU once some decent games come out for it?  Iunno, it's something to think about.

I don't even own a PS3, if I were to get another Sony product it'd be the PS4. I'd skip 3 in general :P

Valid point however PS4 will not have backwards capability as of news for it right now. With the PS3 at a nice price of $250 looking mighty tempting.
